Ken hosts Amelia Rose Earhart, passionate aviatrix, in the studio. In June of this year, Amelia will recreate and symbolically complete the 1937 flight of her namesake, Amelia Mary Earhart. In 14 stops and approximately 100 hours of flight time, she will fly a Pilatus PC-12NG around the world, and upon completion will be the youngest woman to circumnavigate the globe in a single-engine aircraft.
Tuesday, October 6: Following the Legacy with Amelia Rose Earhart Amelia Rose Earhart was named in honor of Amelia Earhart, one of the most famous female aviators, and continues Amelia's pioneering ways. Amelia Rose has dedicated her work to helping young women learn to fly through scholarships and educational STEM opportunities as president of the Fly with Amelia Foundation.
